You will need the following in order to receive your money transfer:

  • Receiver’s legal name: for security purposes, you will need to know your legal name. The sender specified this name during the money transfer.
  • Identification: the Receiver, may need to show government-issued identification* (I.D.) to receive the money transfer.
  • Reference number: you, the Receiver, will need the Reference Number from the money transfer. *You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification.

For Senegal and Other West African countries, you receive Money from any WARI Bureau or their agents.

Step 1
Ask the person who is sending you money to give you your reference number – this will help speed up your collection.
Step 2
Money is collected at any of our payout partners in the Gambia, WARI in Senegal and other African Countries and Chase Bank for Kenya collections taking some identification and your reference number with you.
Step 3
Give your reference number and show your identification – you will then be given your money in your local currency. * You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification.

  1. Verify that your receiver is at an APS payout partner or office in The Gambia, WARI in Senegal and other African countries and Chase Bank for Kenya.
  2. Make sure they have the correct Reference/Confirmation Number.

You can pay for any APS Service with your Debit/Credit Card or by online bank transfer into our Bank Account. Using your bank card is cheaper and faster as well after the first transaction is verified. Our bank details are: Account Number: 15840201   Sort Code: 609263 

APS International Ltd fees vary based on payment method, the amount to be sent and our latest special offers. Use our Calculator tool to find out how much your particular transaction will cost. Fees start from as low as 99p with your debit card for amounts up to £2000.

Visit APS International Ltd office in Birmingham or any of our agents, taking some personal identification with you Or transfer money into our Bank Account.
Step2
APS International Ltd Staff will help you to complete the send form Or Give us a call if you transfer the money into our Bank Account for your reference.
Step3
You will be given a reference number for all transactions. Mobile Credit top up is done directly and instant into the beneficiary number. Nawec cash power top up is done directly for the chosen meter number and token is sent to both sender and beneficiary is sent a text message of the token.
Step4
Contact the person to whom you’re sending the money, and give him or her reference number. Within minutes the money will be ready to collect. * You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government-issued identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address (bank statement or utility bill) and evidence of sources of fund depending on amount and nature of transaction. For Nduga service we will call your beneficiary and arrange a delivery time at their convenience to deliver the products.
