What can we do better?

We handle complaints according to our complaints policy, which means that your complaint

will be handled appropriately and in accordance with applicable regulations. It is important to

us that customers are satisfied with our services and our treatment. We take our customers’

comments very seriously and investigate what has occurred promptly and objectively. Your

complaint will be handled free of charge.

We strive for you to receive a response to your complaint as soon as possible, normally

within 14 days. If the processing of the complaint requires more time than 14 banking days,

we will inform you about this and respond no later than 35 banking days. If a complaint

cannot be met or if you are not satisfied with the response, we will inform you about the

possibility of taking the matter further.

We confirm that we have received the complaint.

We assess whether it constitutes a complaint or another type of point of view.

We investigate the complaint and provide a response, normally within 14 days.

If a complaint cannot be met, we will provide information on how the matter may be

taken further.

If you are still not satisfied

If, after examination by our Complaints Officer, you are not satisfied with our final decision,

you may be able to refer your complaint to an appropriate independent dispute resolution

body or competent authority.

For customers in Sweden, eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Swedish

National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden – ARN).For customers residing outside Sweden, information on the appropriate dispute resolution

body or competent authority applicable to your complaint will be provided upon request or,

where applicable, as part of APS International AB’s final response to your complaint.

ARN is a government agency whose task is to impartially examine disputes between

consumers and businesses. A report to the Board must be in writing. There are certain value

and time limits for the Board to examine the case. Anyone who makes a report pays a fee.

The fee is SEK 150 per report. We undertake to participate in the Swedish National Board for

Consumer Disputes’ handling of the dispute.

Consumer guidance counsellors, who are available in many municipalities, provide free

information and advice on household financial and legal issues.

The Swedish Consumer Agency offers guidance directly to you as a consumer. At its website,

you will find information about what applies to various consumer problems. You can also get

tips about your finances or file a report if you think a company has made a mistake.

guidance on banking and financial issues and is in contact with complaints managers in banks

Processing of personal data

If you feel that your rights regarding the processing of personal data are not being met, you

have the right to contact APS International AB with questions, requests for register extracts,

requests for withdrawal of consent and requests to assert other rights.

If you wish to make a complaint regarding the processing of personal data or the denial of

any of your previously requested rights, you can contact our Data Protection Officer in

You also have the right to make a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the

Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe that the processing of your

personal data violates your rights and interests under applicable law.
