Work experience is important in many aspects of anyone’s life especially young people. It gives young people a feel of a day-to-day office life giving them insights to a workplace environment and setting. This insight helps them understand their skills requirements for jobs and how they can work productively and relate with colleagues in a work environment.
APS work experience helps young people enhance their self-confidence, social skills, time keeping, teamwork and communication.
